Thanks to GinkoBiloba dragging up an old topic earlier today I ran across this little piece of gold. "I think that when a team uses 3 or more guest players in a league or tourney, what does that say about the coach, team or the team's roster? To me, it means that coach should be worried about finding players and workinkg at getting his team to a competive level before worrying about a league game or a good showing at a tourney. As a parent, we need to understand that the coach should be worried about developing the lower half of the roster instead of trying to find players to fill-in." Anyone want to guess who wrote this?

Lets take DeLeon's team. Before I go on, we played with DeLeon and my DD's soccer skills have alot to do with him. He and I had some words but I feel we are over it.

Now, if Deleon HAS a full roster without guest players BUT chooses to use guest players in order to play in a compettice league, what is he accomplishing? If my DD is in the lower half of the roster and is missing out on playing time because of the guest players, how should I react? My opinion, he should concentrate on developing players in a less competitive league and develope his players. He is a good coach and he can develope players.

Then you have the unadulterated gall to start calling people names cause that cheat of a coach that you pay for got caught and you don't like it cause you support cheating. Why don't you make another account and start an argument with yourself as it is the only one you think you can win. Wow...I've missed a whole season of soap opera bulls#$@!!...stop trying to understand what DT has going...you should be busy never walking alone and what not, sounds like plenty of company to me...worry about the Dalglish to RASE graduation commencement being held at Blue Sky in August...

Our coach is not a cheater just to make it clear but you will soon find out for yourself I think it's classless of everyone who think he is with no valid proof but you will find out very soon the truth. You mentioned my new account but it has not changed since 2010, unlike the ones you made on 5/13/2013, so you can post rantings of a cheating parent and support a cheating coach. I am not sure what you were referring too in your last spewing. But please respond with some more witty banterings and also include how that peopleofwalmart dating site is working out for you cause we all want to hear the comings and goings of such an upstanding cheat like yourself and that coach which caused your DD to not get her precious medal cause he got caught cheating.

I am so sorry I was typing while you were whining about your cheating coach. If I am not mistaken he was caught cheating after the roster was reviewed. That is not in dispute by anyone other than your whining parent group who supports a cheat. Please take those 3 fingers and shove them where the sun does not shine, cause that is all they are good for at this point. Your alleged team was caught cheating, the coach was caught cheating, you support cheating that makes you a cheater. This is a game that you and your DD do not belong in since you obviously support cheating despite what the rules say. It is more the fact that you cannot deal with the issues of, you pay for a cheating coach and support that rule breaking is ok for you, cause you are better than the rest of the soccer supporting parents and coaches who do not support cheating to have a medal for a spoiled little child and parent group.

Mommabear, not really a hater just do not like whining parent who supports cheating cause they do not understand that the rules apply to everyone. I am sure you will have to look that one up. I also wish you would not have used the term good person cause you are not one, since you support cheating and where one of the first people to whine about a coach for another team cause your team got caught cheating. Try to say it did not occur again lets look at the TD ruling, cause it still does not show a winner for that age group cause your coach cheated. Now get out the big book with words in it and look up all the ones you do not understand like "CHEAT".

Wow...this got ugly.

Not been reading all of the posts, but I would hope the team that used the "illegal" players would familiarize themselves with tournament rules. I could kind of understand a Manager error...especially on such a young team. However, a coach? At the very least...be clear on rules of what you can and can't do. You run such a risk a hurting the other girls on the team. Really, I could care less if the parents or coach are upset. It is the players that put forth the effort and face the consequences...not the parents.

The most comical part of mommabears dug in position about her coach not being a cheat is overlooking this little tidbit. When it was 'discovered' that there were ineligible players on the field, I witnessed with my own 2 eyes players on DT switching jerseys on the sideline. Why would they do such a thing?? I can only assume that this also was a clerical error and that the individual responsible for not noticing multiple duplicate #'s on the roster also handed these individuals the wrong jersey. Totally innocent I'm sure.
