Thanksgiving weekend will begin the ECNL Regional games for Texas Clubs. They will be held at Cox Park in Farmers Branch.

Saturday
FC Dallas vs Lonestar 4pm Cox Field 3

Sunday
FC Dallas vs Challenge 10am Cox Field 3

Yes, these count towards the clubs point totals just as the ECNL showcase tournaments. Sting was listed at playing but now I see they are not.

I never knew that game was in question. I know the game time has changed a few times though.

I think originally the plan was to integrate the u15 ECNL (Regional) games into the D'Feeter Showcase (Sting, FC Dallas, Lonestars, Challenge).

Not sure what changed but now it looks like a couple of the games will be at Cox (Feet Showcase) and a couple of them will be at Richland (Texas Cup).

I hope our team isn't paying an entry fee for this showcase since we have only 1 game in it. It looks like a pretty good field of teams though.

We had our other ECNL game moved to Richland. So we could be playing in the D'Feeter Showcase, Texas Cup, & ECNL Regional games. Wink

Not privy to anything behind the scenes regarding the application, but from everything I've heard for the past 3-4 months, yes the Texans will be applying.
