While I agree with your general sentiment, I met Dustin back when he was Bellatores: stand up guy and good coach; treats his players right, who in turn respect him.
Disclosure: DD guested with him way back when, know some parents on his team.
Again, I agree with your general statement that Sting is mismanaged.

Not saying anything here about this coach or team, I have no idea.
I agree all the clubs have issues, but Sting is a next level kind of dysfunction. But it seems to me the competitive NTX soccer market has reflected this over the last several years already. Sting has become a lot like their tassels- with a rich history that is now just branding and (competitively) irrelevant.
