Fever ‘07Girls Penn ECRL NTX Open Training Sessions

The Fever ‘07Girls are looking for 2-3 more players for the upcoming season to add to our player development program. Our Program offers the following learning environment:
Player Development Program
(1.) Open attacking style with predominately 1 and 2 touch movement
(2.) Player led philosophy
(3.) Let the players express themselves and let them make the decisions on the field
(4.) Enjoyable learning environment that promotes competition, but is fun for the players.
(5.) Repetition based program.
(6.) Technique based training, breeding good habits.
(7.) Development of the player, not the team. The end product is what matters, not the game results.
The Fever United Futbol Club views our Player Development Program as an investment in the future. As a youth club we need to monitor the behavior of our coaches and educate the parents to ensure that our players are protected from a trophy hunting mentality, burnout, and a misplaced emphasis on winning at a younger age.
Training Invitation
I would like to invite your daughter out to our Open training sessions every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7:00PM-8:30PM @ St. Martins Church. The Church is located on 223 South Pearson Rd. Keller, TX. Please have your daughter wear a grey shirt, black shorts and black socks.
This opportunity will give me the ability to evaluate your daughters’ strengths and weaknesses. Additionally, it will allow you the opportunity to evaluate our team culture and club environment. My Team Manager is Sandra Wainwright and she can be contacted at sandra_singh@sbcglobal.net so you can further correspond with her on future training logistics.

Coach Penn is an average coach which should be expected because he is below average as a player. He didn't even make our DKSC Men's team when he try out.

Sounds like someone is salty…lol. Coach Penn has never tried out for any DKSC Mens Team.

When Coach Penn tryout for our men's team I counted that he fell down at least 6 times. He tripped over the ball twice and made a turnover everytime he received the ball.
