The byes appear to be as expected but if I'm reading this correctly Solar Royal 95 and Solar Red 95 are Premiere League. Why would this be ?

Also 9 spots for QT but only 7 signed up. Does that mean a smaller D3 or does D2 drop a team down to D3 ?

LAst year before all of the last minute movement with FWFC going back down to DIII they were prepared for league play at 8 teams which is what they have now if only 7 are signed up for tryouts. IF they dont play I wonder if they still have to pay fee?
