Tim Bennett leaving?

I hear Tim Bennett is taking a college coaching position. Sources close to the situation say he is already gone or will be this week. Can anyone confirm or deny such a rumor? If so North Texas loses a great coach and an even better person.

He took the assistant's job with Arizona. I will second your opinion on Tim. Great guy and I wish him much success.

DT are losing a good coach. Good luck to him and his family.

Thanks Uncle Num. I thought it was accurate info. I heard his 02 parents don't even know. Knowing Tim I just can't Imagine that being true.

So who is taking over his teams. I hope it's someone with a good track record, or they could lose some players.

Higgy gone. TB gone. Who is left? And right b4 select too. There will be some player fallout.

Their will be a big fall out if the right coach doesn't take over both teams. Higg has a good group of girls. They were told he would help out for 2yrs. But that is highly unlikely. Once Collage soccre kicks off he will be to busy for that team good luck to all.

May be some team fallout. Who is coaching all the old Rowdy teams? Are there any other Hollis family members available? Maybe someone should call DM?

Bennett was a good coach, really enjoyed how he interacted with his teams he had. As for Higg, I think the man was a B.S. Everyting he told parents was a lie, and Im glad to see him leave. I think it will be better for the club in all.

as long as RH is right....sometimes he is...sometimes he isnt.

We can say that about 99.9 % of the people in the youth soccer world. That is the great thing about youth soccer U.S. it is "very hard to tell what is right and wrong" as far a coaching perspective!

All I know is there is a good group of parents on the Bennett team and a great group of girls over there. I hope they get another good coach or land in a place that fits. I know some other clubs would love to have those players.
There is always I hear some of you are pretty good at that too. Just what I hear.

My point exactly. Most coaches and parents always have something hidden in the words they speak. For my family RH never had that kind of hidden agenda! As far as I know. Thanks for reminding me about how people speak with a forked tongue and do not speak the truth!

Dont kno bout every one else but them 02 moms and papis keep runnin good coaches off. First caused DM to retire now for higster to leave to. May be the only one with enough to deal with this bunch is the other option

so who is this Rebecca Moreno? Her bio is empty and her 00 team is not very good.

This will really hurt the Texans program. The strength of the program was the combination of coaches. You knew at the time of walking in to the practice, the coaching path.

May > Farley > Bennet > Higgy.

Is it a coincidence now the Bubb is running the show, the coaching path has been completely dismantled?

May is gone, Farly has been demoted to "Red" teams, Bennet is off to Arizona, and Higgy is off to TCU. Now there is just instability.

Will Farley be promoted back to the "Dallas Texans" 1st teams? How many teams will Bubb be cussoaching now that the staff has been dismantled?

I wouldn't be surprised at all if one of the full teams went over to a new club to pick a stable club and coach.
