* She especially liked the constant variations in the small sessions - going from one station to another and working on a particular skill or tactic.
I went out to watch the 01G's scrimmaging one evening. It was a large group of perhaps 60+ players broken down into three sub-groups. The trainers seem to use the evening scrimmages as a bit of breather since the girls spend so much time during the rest of the day in training. So if you attend, keep in mind that they are tired at that point. I got to listen to a few select soccer parents yell at their daughters to hustle, focus, get back, and so forth. I would just shake my head and laugh.
