I don't know why the clubs have gone the pyramid route. I get you want to tout all the top players going to D1 schools from a marketing stand point. I do believe that the business would grow that much more w a better road map for development for the others and keeping the revenue from falling out versus replacement bench folks. Focus on retention and grow exponentially. That would create a much better environment for developing the top kids in the region and nationally and making the whole market more competitive and dominating the national scene where coaches at all levels are recruiting here exclusively.

Cmon honey. That would require a little work and thought. The clubs don't want to spend any time on that when they can just spew out a bad product with no work, its kind of like your posts. Big on quantity low on quality.
