One of the U20 assistant coaches is from the Dallas area as well. She played for UNC and coached for Texas Spirit before moving on to coach at the college level.

Is Tracey Bates-Leone one of the coaches,,,
If so she is a great coach and person,,, Old timer MIS and Ursuline Girl
Girls will be in good hands, she has the experience of being part of a World Cup Team,,,,

The assistant coach is Janet Rayfield. She went to Urusline (and MIS) in the late 70s before soccer started at the school. Tracey now lives in Ohio. She is coaching though, I think.

Tracey lives is Boston with her husband Ray Leone, where he is the head coach at Harvard, and she is the head coach at Northeastern. Tracey and Ray started the Clemson program from scratch. Before that Ray was head coach at Creighton for the women and Tracey was his asst. At Clemson Tracey was head and Ray was asst.
Janet is Head Coach at Univ. of Illinois.Before that was Head at Arkansas.
Both played at UNC.
