Any ideas on how things happened out there today? Looks like DTN got on track. Good for Solar W to get a point-I think they will get better through out the year. I expected that SWW and Mustangs game could have gotten pretty physical, but both teams can play a nice game too.

Thanks Dad! Our substitute goalies did very good today and our girls really worked hard. We are improving a little every week. Good luck all.

Should be some good games tomorrow. SG and Feet play to establish the top positions for now, and Meja and Flash each need to show themselves a contender...I would expect to see some extra intensity in both games.

Good luck all!

Meja played Flash yesterday but the scores have yet to be posted.
My bet is on the Dfeeters for today's game. Despite a coaching change they have a roster full of fast and skilled players. Solar did very well in Plano D1 & D2 the year before but they've yet to face the same level of competition as Feet. Not to say that Solar doesn't have some talent but I think less than Feet. Regardless, I wish both teams good luck.

That should be a great game, but i wouldn't underestimate SG- many consider them the team to beat-- or the Feet coaching change. I heard the news was sudden & the new coach didnt get to meet all of the players until yesterday, so they have not trained much the past 10 days.

I hope Solar G's forward is ok. She took a hard knock to the head. In regards to the game, the score is not reflective of the play. It was all about Feet. They showed that size isn't the deciding factor, it's skill. Congrats!

It wasn't an easy week for the Feet girls, but they are a close-knit group and will be fine - if not better - going forward. The girls are very excited about their new coach.

I know she's equally excited to be coaching the team. I don't know her as a coach but I know she's a great person. Best of luck to Feet!

Congrats to the Feet! Going into todays game, those girls had every excuse to lose that game against a quality opponent, but instead they showed great character, played a heck of a game and found a way to win it.

Looks like they got that coaching hiccup more than fixed! Heard the new coach's 1st session with entire team yesterday covered corner kicks-- the game winning score today.

Feet definitely earned it today. Both teams had chances, but Feet was the aggressor, and held more possession. Feet was definitely better on corners today and nearly headed another in. Sucks for SG that the only goal came with about a minute left.

Will say this though, although Feet was a little better today, they didn't put a lot of quality chances together. They did take advantage of their best ones. SG didn't create a lot, but had 2-3 dangerous opportunities too. These two are the best two teams I have seen in D3 so far...Both still have Mustangs, and Sting F, so which are also near the top...plus I haven't seen ANYONE lay it down and not come to play so far.
