Celtic FC is looking to play in this tournament. We are in as long as at least three other teams are playing.

Almost every 05 team played CFBAL in the fall (except the few that played PT) thus they would already have a NTSSA roster most likely. Thus the us club roster fee wouldn't apply

What fields will PT use? The Legacy cup is on Lake Park is my understanding same as last year.

What refs does PT plan to use? Based on our experience with Legacy Cup last year they did a great job with ref assignments pulling in Higher level certification and experienced refs.

We played in both tournaments in the past. Both directors have done a good job. I believe there already is a thread for the Legacy tournament. Can we keep this one for the Winter Blast so we can see which teams want to play? I'm not looking for a my tournament is better than yours argument.

Legacy is playing 8v8 while Primetime is playing 7v7.Just wanted to point that out.

If all other LFC teams from the 05G age group are playing in their own clubs tournament, shouldn't you be supporting your own clubs event too? Why would you not encourage others to join your clubs event from outside the club?

Because the other tournament is cheaper!! Plus if all LFC teams are playing in an LFC tournament, shouldn't there be a discount to teams that are already paying to be part of LFC. Where's my family discount? lol
We pay our dues and we have played in LFC tournaments. Nothing againts the club just trying to go the cheaper route.

Close, playing in another event the same weekend we have one is not good, but no how dare you thou.

He had some misinformation that I wanted to share with him personally and yes I do like the Liverpool tournaments.

They are well run, when I schedule, EVERY scheduling request is meet and the brackets make sense. Think I have helped you out a time or to there sir If I am not mistaken. We get quality referees and play at quality venues and fields stay on time.

So ya I am jaded a bit, work very hard so that you get quality tournaments.The most bang for your buck so to speak.

This post was just to see if any other teams would be playing in this tournament, if not then we would be registering for the Legacy tournament..Seemed simple enough to me

I was not promoting one over the other. I compared the prices and that was the only reason we chose PrimeTime. I didnt know it was going to start a comparison to which one is better or question my loyalties to our club.

I have played the last 5 or 6 Liverpool tournaments with my teams. This was simply about player availability and economics. As much as I'd really love to play an 8v8 tournament against top five teams when I only have 7 girls available, it didn't seem the smartest move.

Geez, the guy made a simple post about another tournament and the L'Pool Mafia jumped all over him. We also play for L'Pool so I hope these other guys have no major ties within our club. Not a very good representation of the club.

Fever United is playing in Winter Blast...purely economics. We have played in LP and PT tournaments, both are well run!

Reina will not be participating after all..
