A couple of DTS parents told me they thought it must have been the RASE goalie. Nobody stops their shots like she did.

You have to give credit where credit is due. Texans played the way I thought they would and won, albeit not as large a score I thought they would, guest sweeper or not. As mentioned earlier in a different post this week, DTS has really fast defensive backs and its difficult to get anything going against them on their end. I was impressed that LP was able to keep it that close, even with the few "guess" players (the keeper was the only standout guest, the other two were on par with most other Owen players at their positions).

Texans obviously have the toughest team in the D1 league (Have they come close to losing yet? Not sure what the score was between either of the Spirit teams was). My question is why are they slumming around in the D1 when the top talent (RASE, Dalglish, Solar Kenn, DT Scott)is playing SDL on Sundays? Not sure what the gripe is about a couple of guest players playing with one of the lower ranked teams in D1. If I was the top ranked team, I would have appreciated the increased competition, not speculated on what the score "should" have been (10-0 is laughable).

BTW it was a LP grandparent at the ripe age of 71- nice one there. Lets pick on a grandma that knows nothing about soccer and was asking a simple question- CLASSY!

Yeah, keeper has been a great addition for Owen this January, especially considering her limited experience coming in. Her abilities, along with her coaching, has made a real difference.

Still waiting for this discussion to delve into a RASE spiral..

Lol that's what I heard and that's the truth..

The poor keeper for DTS had no action I'm pretty sure she napped the entire game ;-)

I heard DTS parents have like cops on their sidelines like air marshalls incase something pops off

When I saw DTS keeper she left the box and played a little midfielder, the sweeper and backs held it down on D

So the only guest was the sweeper?
