It's that time of year...pretty soon we will know who stays, who is moving up and who is moving down in LHGGL...here is a look the current 'bubbles' in the divisions...

D1 (20 now, will keep top 10 for next year)

Seems pretty clear that FC Premier & Liverpool Thompson are headed down to D3 barring a miracle.

The top 2 finishers in D3 this year get promoted to D2 next year to join 11-18 from D1.

Saints are a lock as they are in first and clear of the field.

Andromeda & Celtic are in a '2 teams for 1 spot' battle--with Andro currently having a 1 point advantage with 2 games left for each. Critical couple weeks.

Bottom of D3 trying to avoid having to re-qualify this summer for D3
The teams that finsh 7-10 in D3 this year will have to requalify with a bunch of teams from PPL and elsewhere..this will also come down to wire the last 2 weeks. Teams currently on bubble are:

LP Dalglish
FCD East
Mustangs
Dallas Texans Red
Polaris

Pretty clear that LP Hansen & FCD West will have to try and requalify as they are too far back.

Strength of schedule is gonna matter a ton. Some upcoming matchups for staying in D1 are really interesting like FCD South vs FCD Blue and Fever vs D'feeters. Celtic is behind the eight ball in D3 because they still have to play the red hot Saints while Andro is ahead of them in the table and has a bit easier road too.

Does anybody know what the outcome of the Polaris v. Texans Red game was from yesterday to determine 6th place in D3?

Gonna be a good fight for who wins the 4 LHD3 slots. My bet is the top 2 teams in PPL qualify as both have good coaching and put lots of goals in. That leaves 4 LH exD3 teams fighting for 2 slots with at least another decent 4 teams from Plano and a 2 - 4 from Arlington. That's probably 12 legitimate contenders for 2 slots.
