Select Soccer for 70% less than the big clubs
The 99 Warriors have been together for over 5 years. Since they went “select” only three players have left the team. They have become a family. The girls love each other, and enjoy being together on and off the soccer field. If you take the time to look at our website below, you will see that we have been very successful on the field and off.
We have traveled together across the country and internationally, to watch women's professional soccer. Coach Bill has hosted members of the US Women's National Soccer Team at his house, where they spent time with the Warriors telling them about how they became professional soccer players. There are pictures and videos on our website of the Warriors with Shannon Boxx, Hope Solo, Abby Wambach, Lauren Cheney, and Sidney Leroux to name a few.
The Warriors receive training from current and former professional players, including three time Olympic gold medalist and two time finalist for the FIFA World Player of the Year, Shannon Boxx!
We create a Christian environment that builds character, strength, and determination through soccer. We want our players to dream big, and we do all we can to inspire them.
Warriors Soccer will give you all the competitive soccer you want, without all the drama. Coach Bill does not tolerate ANY drama. Not from the players, and not from the parents. I know it sounds impossible, but it's true. Ask around.
The fee structure is very different than a "big club" environment, and we have competed with and beaten teams from all of the big clubs.
The 99 Warriors paid about 70% LESS than what the “big clubs” charge for their annual fees the for 2012-2013 soccer year.
Your annual fee in the contract with a “big club” is not your only annual cost. Ask about mandatory fundraisers, # of tournaments included (usually 3 and most teams play 5-6), Winter and Summer indoor/futsol cost (not included), uniform fees (not included), and mandatory club memberships (not included). This also does not include any cost if your coach decides to take your team to an out of town tournament.
These costs add up to $2,600 to $3,200+ per year. YES, it does cost that much to play for a big club. You have to decide if it is worth it.
Warriors Soccer divides league fees, tournament fees, and other costs evenly among the players. The books are always open.
This is not a business for us, like it is for the big clubs. It is not about our coaches making a living. We are not in this to make money, only to build character and relationships through soccer.
Our focus and priority is on the kids. Our kids are building lasting friendships that will carry them beyond their playing career - whatever that may be.
99 quotes:
“The Warriors are more than just my soccer team, they are my family! These girls will be in my wedding some day".
"Coach Bill, Thank you so much for everything. I will never ever forget the trips you take us on, and all the fun memories made. I'm so grateful that our team is this close and we owe that to you! I'm so glad I joined this team, I could never get all the opportunities that you make possible, on any other team".
Recent tournament director quote: “I wanted to let you know my staff and I are very impressed with what you have created and what you are doing with Warriors Soccer. Your moral compass and the direction you are taking the club is very impressive…”

If a girl is "signing" with a team on the traditional July 1st date, then it would be pretty difficult for her or the coach to know if she would be a good fit n'est pas?
Have a super, duper, wonderful day!

InaB wrote:Umm Triumph, I didn't say they would offer a player a spot in June, they provide them with open practices to "try out" the team - I don't think I said anything about signing. You are correct, 'SIGNING' takes place July 1st, after girls have 'TRIED OUT' at various open practices. I don't believe I was being ignorant of any rules. But thank you for expressing your feelings on the matter.

Triumph is technically correct according to the NTX bylaws. This is all semantics though. NTX says no to formal tryouts before July 1 but you can practice with anyone without getting a guest player release. Here's what is says in the bylaws:
"After May 31 (the end of the soccer-playing year for competitive players), players may practice with other teams without any required release or other permission, although formal tryouts may not be held until July 1"
