ODP Camp Question -

Hi 00 Friends -
Quick question: I was hoping to gain some thoughts to any of you who had a DD attend OU ODP Summer Camp last year. We can not get much insight from the ODP Staff/ Coaches and the deadline is quickly approaching to register.
Cost is $650....I can not tell if they are using many of the OU Soccer Players/ Staff to help coach, or what experiences might be unique or positive. What would be the benefit vs. going directly to OU's summer camp were my DD could be with many more of her soccer friends.

If you want her to be with better players i would say odp. At least ypu know what you are getting. In a regular camp, the skill level caries widely. But if being with her friends is the main concern, any camp will do...

There is an ODP coach assigned to each team that goes and the coaches travel down there with the teams on the bus (they did last year). The coach is assigned to the same team the whole time. they get to know each and every girl and you will get a report from the coach at the end on your daughter's progress. There are other states down there as well which have their own coaches. My daughter loved her coach. The camp is worth it. Don't question it anymore....
