Concacaf Gold Cup Semi-finals at Cowboys Stadium
The Concacaf Gold Cup Semi-finals will be played at Cowboys Stadium on the 24th of July. Which if the US Men's team wins tomorrow they will be FINALLY playing here. There will be no Howard, Dempsey or Bradley but still a good team.

Looks like USA has the early game. I heard the baseball game was moved to 6 for TV so that should make it quiet the cluster. Anybody have any good options for parking? Do any of the eateries have a shuttle?

Never mind my last post, then. That's good information.

I was just glad to see the restrictions on some of the "musical" instruments. Chanting and singing? Great. Mindlessly blowing a vuvuzela when there is nothing to celebrate or banging a drum for 90 minutes? I won't miss either.

Probably payment for the free skill lessons the girls gave them before the game.

It turned out pretty well, and I don't remember any complaints from the players afterward on the condition of the field. Sure, the grass isn't going to look perfect because it has been cut in the middle of July. But as for playability, I'll bet it will be okay this time, too. Certainly not perfectly smooth, but these professionals should be able to play on whatever surface is presented to them. It could be worse... could be Moss.

Like you know anything about grass!
