Training Outside of Team

I see lots of 02 girls doing different training sessions at numerous training facilities in DFW area.

At this age, do you think it's optional or must?  I would love to hear feed back for any of the program from above, if you had your DD participated in it.

I don't think it's a matter of age group, I think the "optional or must" is answered by what your DD's goal is.  If your DD's only goal is to be good, then I'd consider it optional.  If your DD's goal is to be above-average or better, then working on her own is a must.

Please notice I only wrote "working on her own".  That doesn't limit this to mean "paid training".  Your DD spending time on her own (like dribbling the ball around the house) fits my description.  It's simple... The more your DD touches the ball the better she'll be.  

She can still be good if she only works on her skills when she's at an organized team event.  Can she really be exceptional though, at anything, if she only gives it 5 hours/week?
