The PPL3 you are referring to was called PPL2 last year(eclipse &HP scots).

If those two teams are going to be in PPl2 this year, that means their is also 2 spots open in PPL1. That would probably be a good thing from a competitiveness perspective.

Saints Michel (Bye)
WF Express (Bye)

FC Dallas Black 30 pts ( 1st in Rnd 1 LHGC 22pts; 3rd in Rnd 2 12pts)
Andromeda West 29 pts (3rd in Rnd 1 LHGC 14pts)
Liverpool Hansen 25 pts (4th in Rnd 1 LHGC 12 pts)
Dallas Texans Red 25 pts (4th in Rnd 1 LHGC 2 pts)
Kosmos FC 18 pts

Sting Central Cuevas 17 pts (3rd in Rd 1 LHGC 12 pts)
Feve.r Black 16 pts (1st in Rnd 1 LHGC 17pts; 4th in Rnd 2 8pts)
FC Dallas East 16 pts (4th in Rnd 1 LHGC 4pts)

[I believe FC Dallas East was tiebreaker winner over Texas Spirit, who also had 16pts]

It's looks like Division II may be more competitive then Division I. Good luck in the fall. My prediction is that FC Dallas Black and Andromeda West will do well, in the fall, and move up to Division I in the spring.

What happens to the 2 teams left over? Really crummy for them after participating in the tournament. i know one of the teams was a pretty good team but was missing 2 players and then got in a tough bracket.

Isn't there going to be a PPL IV? I thought I heard there was something like 6 or 7 teams there.

Actually it was determined based on PPL's regulations that FC Dallas 02 East made Div 2, and there is no need for the tie breaker game as originally posted.
