Wow. Everyone's Rosters have been Frozen for over 2 weeks, wonder how they pulled that off.

Just checked the LHGCL Website. It said Rosters Frozen on JULY 19, no Additions or changes after that date. I guess some rules are meant to be Broken.

The rule you are most likely referring to is addressing rosters for the Qualifying Tournament. Otherwise, you can add players anytime.

It was great to have 3 games going on right next to each other this morning at 8 at Chinn...

LP Thompson v. LP Dalglish, Solar Red v. Rush Stark, Andromeda v. LP Owen were the 3 games.

LP Thompson was very dominant in their game, esp in 1st half scoring mulitple times with ease. They seemed to have figured out how to score after relegation from D1 (not a huge shock). There will be tougher games for them to come but they looked very good.

Solar Red was a complete domination over Stark Rush...their additions certainly give them a complete makeover. They had one goal that was a gorgeous pass at the 6 yard box from goal side to far post for a tap in...great soccer on that play. I can't imagine this Stark team has been handled that way very often. Obviously Solar Red will be challenging the top 2 if this is a sign of things to come.

The Andro v. LP Owen game was FUN to see...LP Owen seemed to have great speed and scored once on a pure speed run. I think they had a 2-0 lead and then Andro seemed to get hold of the game and stormed back to tie--and probably coulda won in it as it was a shooting gallery at the LP keeper the last 5 min. Really really high level game that was up and down. LP Owen is definately a team to watch and Andro is still very sound and moves the ball around very well.
