Unaccomodating Organizations

I'm curious which soccer organizations are only too willing to take your team's entrance fee... but then treat you like the plague when there is an issue. I've heard stories of very helpful agencies, but it seems like most of what we read is about organizations that just don't give a flip. It might be nice to know what we're all potentially getting into before signing on. On the other hand, if you've dealt with some great people in any of these segments, here's the opportunity to brag on them.

Wow...the two plano organizations lead the way... never dealt with PYSA...but PSA can be very difficult...no issues with the academy si de. MK i s pretty good to deal with. REC side is HORRIBLE!!

I will say that I have always found the Arlington Premier League folks very good to deal with. Very responsive to both phone calls and emails, always very pleasant and nice on the phone and in person. There have been time when I have been "behind" on something as a manager or coach and they have always been understanding and used "common sense" when working things out.

As a board member with another rec. association there have been times that we have had questions about how to do something in GotSoccer, or how to handle a registration issue. We typically call Janet and she is a huge help.

League may not be perfect, but the staff is A+

I agree about Arlington being really good to work with. I was a Manager for several years and they were always good in managing schedule exceptions and helpful when contacting them.

PYSA/PPL are the worst by far - not even close. Think there's been enough evidence and comments about that over the past couple years, especially this past summer. I have either dealt with or know someone that has dealt with nearly all organizations listed and nothing compares to the laziness, disdain for other organizations, and favoritism towards particular coaches/teams/clubs that PYSA shows.

If you don't make LH and team is based in that N or E Dallas area, I would make the drive to Arlington - it's worth the gas and time to avoid PPL.

My team was in PYSA Rec for 3 years, academy for 1 year, and PPL for 3 years, and now as a home association only. We had a completely different experience. PYSA was very easy to work with, professional, friendly, responsive by email or phone.The only problem I recall in those 8 or 9 years was an illogical playoff bracket in Rec playoffs one season, but it ended up making no difference.
