By winning games over teams with the same number of points
H2h only applies when teams are tied in points
Teams earn h2h pts when a team has won a 'head to head' game with any of the x number of teams that have the same number of pts
BTW, it's kind of a useless variable considering some teams have may have played more games than others that they're 'tied' with.
