Rainout Policies

DD's team is already two games behind with TGPL (granted both postponed games fields were very wet). Also notice that every time there is rain on Friday or Saturday, Meadowmere postpones/reschedules Sundays games, even though all the other Primetime venues will have games. I like the games being in a more centralized location than in previous years, but would prefer to drive a little more if it meant being able to play now versus at the end of season or double-headers.

DD was also supposed to have ODP practice at Mccinnish on Sunday which was cancelled due to rain, even though many leagues were playing at the same time.

Wondering what other fields rain out policies are. Do they postpone all activities for a week after a little rain or will the resume activities after a day of sun?

I can't speak to some fields, but in the case of PTCL, the city of Grapevine controls whether or not Meadowmere and Oak Grove are open. Meadowmere floods quickly and doesn't drain well, so it ends up closed when many other locations are still playable.

Don't look now, but the forecast for this coming Saturday is 40% Chance of Thunderstorms. They may need to start playing more games on week nights if this trend continues.

Still really early to read the forecast, and hopefully it will change. I am in the same boat as you and getting tired of no soccer Saturdays.
