J4K Academy is getting ready for November, come sign up!!!!

7 yr to 9 yrs will be held from 6pm to 7pm
10 yrs to 13 yrs will be held from 7 pm to 8pm
14 yrs to 18 yrs wil be held from 8pm to 9 pm

My DD has been in the 14+ group for the past few months. The instruction is very good, plus she always has fun and feels like she learned something each week.
Probably the most noticeable improvement for her so far is dealing with corners - she never really knew what to do before J4K; she just reacted to whatever came her way. In her last few games this season, I saw her move her defenders (physically when necessary - she hated to be "bossy" before) where John showed her they need to be so that she can better handle the incoming corner.

this is interesting. we have heard they don't take everyone and work them hard. but that it is good. this good for an 11-12 year old ?????

The kids work hard, but its not super-intense or anything. They’ll definitely be tired at the end though. I think it would be good for 11-12s - lot of what they work on ends up correcting bad techniques that my dd picked up at about that age.
