96s We played them earlier in the season and they didn't behave so badly. But, I'm sure most of y'all have had one of those "what just happened games"? In our first game against them, the girls did not have their minds in the game, most of the team had a conflict and didn't play, and we ended up playing the second half down players while they fielded the full amount. I don't think they realized that first game was a horrible outlyer for our team and became nasty when 1. our team showed up and 2. team not too bad when they are there and ready to playmidfieldersdad wrote:Just curious...which age group?

Re: Wow - game this past Sunday
The game became physical before the refs started handing out yellows. But even then, he seemed to give the cards for language and not aggressive play. My dd has a huge bruise and cleat mark on the front of her ankle/top of foot. Nothing. It was when the girl called her the N word and my dd called her the P word they were both yellow carded. I think if the girls had escalated a little more there might have been parents from the other team on the field. Many got off their bleachers/chairs and were standing as they screamed.tarheel07 wrote:Yes - noticed N word used much more frequently within LH matches. Behavior reported, league doesn't care. F bombs from 98 girls as well at our match on Saturday. Referees letting games get out of control.
