'04 Girls FBR Rankings - 04-01-14

After about two years of being in top 5, they finally hit #1!!

Sting Diaz 04 at #10.

I'm sure there is. I remember a girl that was out on the right that was really tough but hey I don't want to be greedy lol

Congrats to TX SPIRIT for finally hitting the number 1 spot on the FBR rankings for the first time. Hard work at practice is showing on the field. Great game last week. Go Spirit!!!!!!

A nice stacked primetime tournament would be cool few weeks from now...top 10 mandatory participation.

No, he has been at Sting.

Diaz came from FCD and is now at Sting.

so in rankings does Sting or FCD keep the #10 spot????

if Tallal mergers with FCD Premier then Sting will be left with a shell of a team IMO? only time and games will tell

Looks like FC Dallas and Tallal started a Central Academy and they have two 04 teams, Central Premier Tallal (SDL1 and SDLP) and Central Tallal (SDL3). I am assuming those are both Sting Goodman/Tallal teams. Not sure if FC Dallas will now have two Premier teams.

So it looks like the Goodman team split up. Some staying with Sting Diaz, some going with FCD Tallal on a new FCD Premier team.

From what I can discern from these boards (and we all know how sketchy that can be) but FACTS:
1. FCD Premier Tallal has taken over the Goodman spots in SDL D1 and Platinum. Safe to assume the "core" went there?
2. Team split over a rumor that Goodman was leaving Sting to go to FCD. Team taken away, given to Diaz.

Suppositions/Rumors?
1. Goodman to FCD soon? Will he step back in to coaching duties of the "Premier" team when Sting split is official?
2. What league does Sting Diaz play in? anyone? Bueller? Or are they benched the rest of this season?
3. How much rebuilding will be required on both teams to bring one or the other back to top 10 glory?

Should be interesting to watch....looks like FCD Goodman vs. Sting Diaz to see who has a team for qualifying.

I thought DDiaz took this team on but I could be wrong.  And yes, he came from Kicks.

DDiaz from the Kicks (now Sting) only has his '05 Team.  No '04's

Man, can we just fast forward to June 30th???? I spend more time this dang forum then the local news. Maybe the news stations should start reporting about academy soccer.?
