FC Dallas 01 ECNL Tryouts

The rising U14s (2001) FC Dallas ECNL team will be holding tryouts on the following dates & times. Location will be Toyota Soccer Complex (Frisco). Field Assignments will be posted the week before the tryouts.

Monday, April 28th - 6:30 - 8pm
Wednesday, April 30th - 6:30 - 8pm
Monday, May 5th - 6:30 - 8pm
Wednesday, May 7th - 6:30 - 8pm
Monday, May 12th - 6:30 - 8pm
Wednesday, May 14th - 6:30 - 8pm

Saturday, May 17th (session/scrimmage) 1-3pm
Sunday, May 25th (scrimmage) 1-3pm

All trialists should wear a white shirt and red shorts. Please be there 15 minutes prior to tryouts for check-in and warmup. Play will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

who was it that said FC won't hold ECNL tryouts?

Without knowing anything about the politics at all -- although I am sure they exist -- holding tryouts does not mean there will be an open competition for slots on the team, many of which may already be decided.

that's a fact... one thing I'v learned in my time associated with North Texas Girls soccer... the doors are always open for the right player... no matter any parent's ego/politics

Something tells me Matt won't be telling any of those trying out that' it's exclusive for bench spots as all the field players are settled. Seems a bit naive. IMHO
