Dallas Kicks SC would like to welcome coach Christie Mcculough to the Kicks family.

Coach Christie originates from South Texas and the Houston Challenge club as a youth player. She is a former collegiate player at Univeristy of Houston and Midwestern State. She brings a love for the game and a passion for her players that will fit in well at Kicks.

Dallas Kicks '06 CM will be based in Allen.

If you are looking for a coach hungry to teach your DD the game as it should be played and and with a coach that will foster that love for the game then coach Christie is someone you should take a look at .

She is looking for players to add to the core of her '06 team.

Practice information:
Thursday May 1

Plano East Indoor Practice Facility 7pm-8pm

Staring May 5th,

Mondays at Jupiter park in Allen 6:30-7:30

Thursdays at Celebration Park 6:30-7:30

Dallas Kicks '06 CM will be participating in the upcoming Primetime tournament May 3rd-4th and others in May and June.

Thank you for providing me with such a great opportunity. I couldn't be happier with my decision to become apart of the Kicks family!! Everyone at Kicks has welcomed me with open arms and already made me feel right at home.

I absolutely love the game of soccer and have dedicated most of my life to it. I know what it takes to be a great player and to play for one of the best club soccer programs in the country produces nothing but quality teams and players.

I am very passionate about the game and put my heart and soul into making sure that I provide my players with the knowledge, training and support that will enable them to have unlimited opportunities throughout their soccer career.

This is the coach who told one of her players an hour before their first spring game she is cut from the roster? That's not passionate about development, to treat 7-8 year old girls in that manner is wrong.

She was also caught by CFBAL staff for playing 05 players on an 06 team in league play.

Not to mention she registered for Texas Lightning Showcase but forfeited all of her games https://events.gotsport.com/events/results.aspx?EventID=37232&Gender=Girls&Age=8

Yet you have the audacity to say she is "hungry to teach your DD the game as it should be played" and "will foster that love for the game".

CFBAL did NOT catch this team playing players that were too old to play - that is an untruthful posting. I was alerted to the fact she did, but my findings were found to legit.

Team needs some players if they want to compete in this group of teams and players.....here is the complete game history....won one game and lost many games by a large margin....coach needs to understand the proper level to put her players in the right Academy level so they grow and develop. I think she played in the wrong division. A knowledgeable coach knows better. Ill have to watch her train to see if she can truly develop players or just try to recruit players to win...there is a big difference. Stay tuned.

What was the point of your post? Oh, to bash another team, club, coach?

It amazes me that people still post on here looking for players when the responses are often similar to this one.

IMO, it is transparent that this is a recruiting ploy. Look at the sequence of posts by online crew. The FBR will be back. Kicks registering 2 teams in a Tment . Kicks CM registering in a tment. Kicks CM is the newest team and looking for an entire time. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure the recruiting.

What you have here is a tournament that did not remove a team from its pool, probably to keep the rest of the teams thinking it had enough...

On the CFBAL scores... considering she took a new group into the shark tank of platinum teams. Those are respectable scorelines against teams that have been teams for years now.

Looks to me like a coach took em in to be challenged. Something more coaches should do.

Something tells me it was realsoccertalk's DD that was cut. Maybe because of realsoccertalk. Embarassed

Have to disagree with JH01 though. These aren't bad results. In fact they are typical of most of the 06 that did/would have played in platinum. Beaten badly by Roach and Kicks, close games with everyone else.
Maradona maybe on to something though. I suspect those results will change significantly in the coming weeks and months with the "player pool" Suspect

Either way, good luck to Coach Mcculough. She seems to be a nice coach and passionate about the game.

I since that some people are a little jealous of Kicks. From what I have experienced being around the Kicks parents and kids. They are very good at developing, retaining and growing there club and other teams that are in disarray are jealous. Kicks are real good. Get over it!

I think it is poor class to direct the blame to the tournament director. I am sure he/she took the coach's word on good faith that the team would be playing when the registration was submitted online. As for the other issues I cannot comment on.
