Andromeda FC – Recruiting for a new 99G Team based in Allen

If you have already decided that you need to make a change at the Coach position for the upcoming U16 soccer year (or you are new to select soccer/the area), here is an opportunity to consider.  A second Andromeda 99G team is forming up based at the fields in Allen (121 & Stacy).

Why Andromeda?

We have some of the best coaches in the Dallas area, which continuously work to improve their coaching skill through an agreement the club has with Tottenham Hotspur FC in England for coach development.  We also have well maintained facilities, with proper lighting for night time practices (may not be that important now, but in Oct – March when it gets dark much earlier it will matter.)  Our coaches also have connections with college coaches for those girls that wish to work towards playing in college.

Why this team?

The primary focus will be on individual player skill development, with a secondary concern of putting it together on the field as a unit.  We aren’t going to focus on the need to qualify into Lake Highlands as a determining factor of team success.  We will play in which ever league we make it into, and our goal will be to compete in each game and improve as the year progresses.

What do you do if you like what I have said so far?

1) PM me for more details on the coach and when we will be training and having parent meetings.  
2) If on an existing roster get a signed practice release so you can start training now, rather than wait until June 1 (a practice release isn’t an official form, but just something in writing that your coach signs to acknowledge you are working out with Andromeda FC).
3) Come attend a session with your daughter, so that you can both start evaluating the Andromeda FC experience for yourselves.  We are certain you will enjoy your time with us.
