One of our own, Dirk Hart, Coach of the Gunners 00G team, passed away on Friday. I was privileged to have a few conversations with him on the board and knew him as a great gentleman. Resthaven is managing the arrangements. You can go to their web site and leave a condolence message if you choose to.  The link is as follows:

This is awful to hear!  I was just emailing with him on Thursday evening regarding our upcoming scrimmage.  My sincere condolences to Coach Hart's family and players.

Dirk was a good friend and great person. My heart is heavy with sadness for his wife and daughters. I will miss you my friend.

On behalf of the Meja Soccer Club we are very saddened to hear the passing of Dirk Hart. His family and his team (Gunners 00) are in our prayers. Dirk we will miss you! Gunners stay strong!
