As the dust settles, what does the new landscape look like for the 04s

Given we are now in July and teams are being finalized, what major changes / shake-ups actually happened and how does the new landscape look?  What top 30 teams are now top 10 quality and what top 10 teams are now top 30?  It will be interesting to see how teams look and play together come seeding and qualifying . . . as the federal government proves daily, words are only words and in the end, results will prove out who was right and who wasn't - shortly, we will actually see which teams are stronger and which ones are weaker.  Should be an interesting month!  In the end, some girls (and their parents) are going to be very happy and others very disappointed, given unmet expectations, stretch promises, and team results

My dd's team made easily, but I know I have been reading the "players looking" section to see who is desperate today, who put up posts looking for "2-3 players" last night right after tryouts, etc.......I am ashamed.

Very anti-climactic for us too....everyone showed up and signed their contracts. I was expecting madness and drama.

Diluted - which could be a good thing for some if the last minute new teams actually did make, albeit maybe weaker than they expected.
