Where's everyone playing later this summer? Anyone going to Houston or Austin? Or did your coach wise up and decide to play somewhere further north? 
We are heading to Houston mid August, which is the worst time of year to play there in my opinion!!!

Our former team played Houston the weekend before Memorial Day. The fields we played on had a lot of dirt patches (some fairly large). When the ball would bounce on the ground clouds of fine dust rose in the air. One unfortunate goalie went face down in a large area of dirt and was enveloped in a heavy cloud of dirt. My DD's white socks were dark brown by the end of one game.
It was hot and humid then, I hate to think how it will be in August.
