SG 1:1 SWW. This was one of the faster paced D2 games I have seen. SWW's GK was lights out. She made several exceptional saves, and they are calm all the way around the field. Just when one team seemed to be getting the better of it, we would be 70 yards in the other direction. It was pretty back and forth all night. SG had a few more chances, but that GK was awesome! It was physical, but unremarkable in that department...definitely not dirty. I figured SWW would have a good team, but that was BY FAR the best I have seen them play. Their game with DTN will be one to see!

Thnaks for the kind words Dad, particularly about out GK.  I was unable to be at the game but I heard it was a good one.

I saw the mustang game and would say they look very tough. They are about as quick to the ball as I have seen in some time. Physical but by no means dirty. I have to say I would not want to face them if they continue to play like they did last night. D2 is shaping up to have some amazing competitive games.

Sww has suddenly become very competitive .... But the numbers don't add loss to fcde 4-2 and then slaughter premier and hang with sg 2 weeks later sting is we'll know for cpp use ......

The SWW team has not tapped into the CPP option yet. Not saying that we won't at some point but we haven't yet.

No love lost for SWW, but "suddenly become very competitive"? With or without CPP they would be/will be competitive at the level they are playing at. And if you want to know if CPP is being used, just ask your manager/coach, it's identified on the roster.

So how do you tell if they use them? and did anyone from the solar know if they saw and new players?

Agree with you totally. SWW will do perfectly fine in D2. Solid team.

CPP players are highlighted on the teams roster, but whether they actually end up playing has to be seen by the naked eye.

Honestly, when I walked up, I thought SWW had a player from Parker, but as I watched I realized that she was a different kid. Of course, we haven't seen them in a year plus, so we wouldn't know. I mentioned it to a few on my sideline at first then shut up about it because I wanted to take a closer look when she came to my side. I didn't see the one I thought I saw. To be honest, I don't know if a CPP helps a team as organized as they looked. They moved the ball well. I really meant what I said...I thought they looked very good. I think their GK saved them a few times, but that is why she is there. It was an excellent game. They are in the top half of D2 for sure IMO...if consistent could push for top spot.

Just because it came up and I like to be transparent about it...SG has not (and has no plans to) use a CPP at this point.

The team manager can pull up the roster of any opposing team within his team's division. If there are CPP's playing in that game, they must be listed and they are labeled (CP) right beside their registration #. No mystery there. The mystery part is, you can't tell what team they came from unless they came from a team in your division or you just happen to know them.
