Solar Red 6 vs Texans White (JS) 0 (White played well against Brown (0-1) who in turn held Higg scoreless. No goals for Texans however they may be able to keep if from being a ugly game.)
Fever 2 vs Andromeda Red 1 (Game of the day.)
Sting Higgy 4 vs Texans (KS) 1 (Higg bounces back and has an easy win.)

Clock struck midnight for Sting Brown last week.  And the beating continues for another week.   FCD is the #1 team because they are dominant in all phases of the game.  An excellent defense with ability to score from midfield and forward positions makes them unbeatable.  Sting Brown has over-achieved thus far with a mixture of D2-D3 talent but they are no match for FCD this week.  This game should be over by halftime.  Can Sting Brown bring some guest players from ECNL to help them keep the score close enough for a moral victory?  NOT!

Solar Red 7 vs Texans White 0
Another week and another beating for Texan White.  Again this game should be over before all the Texan parents have the chance to park their cars or sit down in their chairs.  

Fever 3 vs Andromeda Red 2
Fever is starting to put it together.  Andromeda is fading fast with disorganized defense and midfield game.  Fever will get a close win here.

Sting Higgy 1 vs Texans 0
Sting Higgy has not been the dominant team of the past years.  Defense has been average and midfield has been sloppy.  Ties with Sting Brown and Fever say it all!  As a team Sting Higgy is rapidly sliding backward rather than steadily improving.  Sting Higgy is a third team in this division with a widening gap between them and the top two teams-FCD and Solar Red.  Texan Red also looks average.  What has happened to the dominant defense and offense of last year?  They had to guest play a forward to beat a below average team in Sting Brown last week.  In the end, Sting Higgy will find just enough offense to get a close win prop up their morale.

Texans used a guest player to beat Sting Brown? Who? Which forward?

He is clueless because they didn't use any "guest" players or CPP players for that matter.
The terms seem to be different, a guest player indicates a player outside of the team roster, and probably outside of the club. CPP by name is a borrowed player from within the club. They didn't use either one. Not that it matters except the poster mentioned it out of the blue.

I'd have to disagree. The whole league first year of select. They finished second last year after several quit mid season-and persevered with 12/13 girls .they also traveled to CA - got to the final game. They did lose but quite an accomplishment to get finals. Perhaps they have had a few off games - what team hasn't. They are playing good soccer , just coming up short scoring but the will get there. If you have really watched a game the defense looks strong and midfield looks skilled and athletic with new additions.

Any team playing Higg is in a battle week in week out. They are a very strong team. Going out to Surf and making the final is a very big dill. All teams hit a rough patch, but the real teams know how to adjust and move on. Hate to plays this team when everything does click. Just some food for thought.

I think Guess who is right on the money this time. anybody who counts Sting out is out of there mind. Last year Solar lost , tied several games and  ended up wining State cup- I don't remember much being posted on forum each time they lost. Sting girls have been at top so long people make a much bigger deal than it is, they remain a good team with dangerous players, some new good players emerging too. Good team, good coach , committed players they'll find a way to win.
