The Elite School of Soccer is looking for a few player development focused coaches to add to our coaching staff. Additionally, we are also looking for a dedicated goal keeper coach as well as a SAQ trainer.

Elite School of Soccer looking for dedicated coaches to help train our academy soccer players. INDIVIDUAL long term academy player development should be top priority for all incoming coaches over TEAM COACHING. Focus should be placed on value training over game management.

Elite School of Soccer academy model strongly emphasizes developing PLAYERS over building TEAMS. All our coaches are instructed to train our players to play the ELITE way which is our club-coach-player-team identity.
