for my part, my 07 dd was invited to guess play w Bella that weekend, but was already busy at NTFC. So.... I pretty well know they were missing a couple. My 2 cents...

Sho-Nuff's got the glow today.  BellaTorres is a good/fast team & most people on here are simply adding their insights/opinions.  Last I checked, I was the last Kicks parent to post on here since page 5.  So I'm not sure exactly what you meant by 'you Kicks guys'.

And just to put everyone at ease, let me help interpret a tie.. it means both teams scored an equal amount of goals or points.  Yes, yes.. ties are an aberration on the order of the universe we all know this, but hey.. they are 8-9 yr olds.  Do you honestly think they care how their game made us feel?

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe Borussia and ShoNuff are Kicks parents, so you might wanna check again.
But again, just shows rankings mean squat. Carry on.

06DD, I stand corrected on Sho-Nuff, not sure how I missed him at the last club/team gathering, but I'll be sure to introduce him to Bruce LeRoy at the X-mas party.  That does not however dilute the point.. most of the comments about (for or against) Kicks, are made by outsiders.

As for the rankings, the FBR has a purpose but I won't try to explain it better than BWGophers or Borussia.  But if you're trying to cover the spread in Vegas, try using the WMMDDRT, and you'll win every time.

Not sure what the deal has always been against Kicks coaches/parents on here. I've got to know plenty of them over the years and we've always got on well. Their coaches have been friendly and respectful to me and their parents have been no louder or out of control than any random team in any age group. I guess people line to create monsters to unify against.

When I first found this website I did not like Kicks parents as a whole. Then I went out and wanted to get to know what they are about instead of bashing them. I discovered that they have a great coach in JM and  parents that believe in a system.  The system works and they have great parents that are in the right direction like Borussia and great kids like the North, Selecao and JM kids. They have their bad apple's like all clubs. But nothing like I gave seen lately. Kicks are good for 06 girls soccer in my book!

The only thing I know today as a fact. One team has got a great family coming to their club with Borussia.  That's what it's all about!

 There are parents that can't stand a small club having success.  We have nothing against big clubs or small clubs.  Parents are lucky they have many choices in NTX.  I try to set a good example for my parents but no matter what we do we will always have those posters bad mouthing our club. It is ok, I take it as compliment, the more success the louder the bashing.

Wolf,  I and the rest of our coaches and teams enjoy playing your teams. They are well coach and play a good brand of soccer.
