DD's been taking private and small group for the past couple years with one individual. Thinking of making a change. Primarily general skills and something well rounded. Wondering thoughts or comparisons on GFT & Paradigm from those that have used one or both. Also open to other suggestions if you have them. Plano, Frisco, Lewisville, Carrollton, etc are all options. thanks.

We have LOVED GFT. Quality foot skills, agility, and shooting training that has given my dd more confidence. She's been training with them for 2 years now, and I can really tell a difference. We actually try to get a session in the morning before a game, because she plays so much better while it's fresh in her head. Not always possible, but we try.
