Ok LHGCL has their solution, confusing though it may be, so has anyone heard if PPL will follow suit?

Well, PPL has gone from three divisions to two before so I don't think that would be a game changer for them.

Several seasons ago, there was a big question on whether or not a team (that failed LH QT) was eligible to keep its bye in Plano D1. By rules at the time, the majority of posters felt the team didn't and should have gone to PPL D2. Instead, PPL changed its format to two divisions and expanded D1 to include the team that would have been promoted to D1 as well as a few others and the suspect team also stayed there. This also took away any repercussions regarding teams in the D3 group who would/should have been promoted. So, yes they did indeed try it. Cool
