LH website says that last years CPP structure would change. No details yet. Hopefully will adopt boys classic league model.

Wow.... Your right. Talk about it being very well lined out and defined. It sounds like it on the boys side it is truly for development. Not like on the girls side where it is generally used to bring in ringers. Maybe LH should use the boys rule instead do trying to reinvent the wheel. ( a cheaper, not so round, less malicious wheel) lol

I really feel with other league opportunities becoming competition for lakehighlands ie:ECNL pulling teams away from the league as early as u-11. LHGCL already losing the quality players at u-14 could be in jeopardy of the major clubs in town completely pulling out of the league. California has already started leagues for ECNL clubs in the lower ages and could be coming to north Texas soon. LHGCL is real close to becoming even more a non factor for quality teams and players than ever before. What will all the independents clubs say then?

No way. That is much to clean and simple for LHGCL.

They seem to much prefer a loosely worded, ambiguous, subject to interpretation, approach with obvious loopholes included.

I think the big clubs in LHGCL account for over 70% of the revenue made by LHGCL.

Furthers the point I made in another thread.

You are going to be disappointed in LHGCL if you as a parent view you and your DD as the customer of LHGCL and expect to be treated as such. You are just a revenue source to the real customers of LHGCL.

The clubs.

Yeah, and I think someone else besides LHGCL has an eye on about 70-80% of all that revenue from LHGCL. Again all these people coming on and saying how unfair it is are really not seeing the big picture. LHGCL will quickly become a recreational league if more of the top players an younger ages are pulled from the league.

LHGCL took the step toward recreational several years ago when it added D3.

Who was the primary beneficiary of that expansion financially?

LHGCL is likely to exist only as long as it is easily influenced, remains convenient and is not a cost burden to the major clubs.
