Wasn't able to split in time for this tournament, but we announced the separation of two age pure teams effective for fall league play starting next week. One team is strictly composed of Aug - Dec 05's and the other is Jan - July 06's. This is certainly a challenging transition, and there are still several unanswered questions (esp. surrounding qualifying & playing up first year of select), but better to be prepared than to play catch up.
