With many teams in a state of flux due to ECNL, below is my guess on how the season will end in the Spring

Do you know the scores from yesterdays games?

Without knowing a lot about team movement it is hard to guess where teams finish. I think Saints make a run to finish in the top 7. I guess it is safe to assume that the indy teams like Andro and Fever stayed pretty much the same and teams like FCD, Solar and Texans look a lot different. Solar has started off strong. Where did FCD and Texans pull their girls from?

I think Solar red 02 beat Fever 3-0 up in OKC last week.
Have a friend whose daughter plays for the Solar 02 team.
Why rank them so low or Fever so much higher?

I would have to agree.
I thought I had a weird ranking system but this has me wondering. He could be doing it to stoke the embers for a conversation to begin. I'll agree with you on your top 7 but not in the same order and Dynasty should make the 8th spot. Sting Dunstan is solid and will benefit the most with the expanded division format.
D2 predictions have me SMH the most. Not sure how three former PPL teams can be predicted to come in and lay waste to the competition that was already in LH.

IMO top 7 and it will be variable by how many ECNL players the big clubs bring against one another:

Which Texans team is Texans PL. Is it a new team?

What is Premiere League?

Regional league, step below ECNL, step above LH D1, simple explanation I suppose. Top 4 finishers in D1 previous year get in, winners of Premiere get invited I to National League from what I hear, aka Kicks in the 01 class. If I'm wrong someone can further clarify/correct.

Looking at Got Soccer rankings, this is definitely not s step above LH. Maybe the reward for winning this league is really good or something. Many of the teams rank VERY low.

Got soccer rankings are one step above useless.
Not making any statement about where the teams rank, but GS rankings are not a good indicator.

I agree they aren't the best. Just stating a lot of the teams in Premiere League are ranked worse than 1000 nationally. Even if they are miss ranked by 500 spots, can you really argue that this league is better competition than LH? And then looking at the schedule, our region has 4 crossover games.....meaning there was room for 4 more teams from our region that Premiere League could have offered to teams in our region that have much higher rankings. What is the pot of gold at the end of this rainbow?

The only team in your comparison with a Got Soccer national ranking >1000 is in the newly diluted LHGCL D1 bracket (Sting Central 02G Parker).  The average rankings between R3W PL and LHGCL D1 is 262 and 252 respectively.  R3W has greater variance with 3 teams ranked higher than any in LHGCL D1.  Given the competition at the top of the bracket, I would agree with the other poster that said ECNL>R3 PL>LHGCL when it comes to winning it all.  It's all splitting hairs at the top of U-14G soccer.  See 01 Dallas Kicks to find your "pot of gold".

There could be some surprises of course IMO.... and a lot has to do with ECNL Rostered players helping out teams. I think Andomeda Red and FCD Youth could easily be 8 and 9 with Dynasty and Fever 6 and 7. Just depends on the match ups and what teams catch other teams with ECNL players. I think the parity from 3-10 are close enough 1,2,or 3 ECNL players there or gone could make a notable difference.

I think the presence of (or lack of) ECNL players from week to week makes these predictions useless. The only consistency will come from teams who don't have that option (Andro, Liverpool, Fever, Saints, Dynasty) and those who don't tend to use it, because they don't need it (Sting Dunstan). For the rest, you won't have any idea what you're going to get until the whistle blows. I also think that's going to make things a LOT more fun. No more girls with lackadaisical attitudes when playing "easy" teams.

This list could really change, in my mind, depending on how big a role the ECNL players play. I would rank FCD Premier and Solar Red much higher depending on who plays. The converse is I would probably drop Feet much lower if their dual rosters/ECNL aren't playing that day.

Andro West has been challenging and even winning some games against D1 opponents. They should have made LH several years ago but always came up short in qualifying. Now that they are in, I expect them to be a formidable opponent. I also like Feet, Keegan, and WTX. All good teams that probably could compete in D1. For the rest, I think most of these games could go either way.

Several years ago? Last yr they were 12 yrs old playing in their first LH QT.

This was their 4th QT.  Have been trying to get in since U11. Were a LP team first year of select. The 02's are starting their 4th year if select

i guess last yr was their 2nd QT, not counting if they tried as 10 yr olds.  i  would think it kinda funny to say they "should" have made it back then if they got beat out by 30 other teams.  in any event, i would think this team has little resemblance in personnel or coaches to 3 yrs ago.

just for the record, two years ago they did not make it out of the first round of QT, and the 2nd place finisher in their bracket (Divas) finished 4th of 4 in their 2nd round bracket, so can't really say Andro West "should" have made it two years ago.

No argument though that Andro West is a stud team now and maybe THE team to beat in D2 this year.

The core of Solar and FCD ECNL teams (the LH teams from last year) will not be playing in LH. The dual roster players will play which are sort of the add ons to ECNL teams. Texans not sure. Wild card is Feet because they did dual roster some of their better players from ECNL so they very well could stack the deck from week to week but don't expect them to unless it is a necessary win. I don't expect ECNL girls to be a factor in how the season plays out.

Not exactly sure what Andromeda West looked like 2-3 years ago, since as Zeko2 stated those few teams (Andro West, LP Keegan, LP Dalglish, Divas, etc) have had to qualify/reqaulify four years straight. However I know they have not changed much on the roster from last year to this year, but their coach has changed which appears to have been the world of difference. If Andro West is not in the Top 4 like I said, they will definitely be in the Top 7.

I know there won't be many on FCD Premier that will be playing ECNL, but have at least 2 that dual roster. Not sure on Solar or Texans. Feet have four, which will probably play if ECNL doesn't impact their games (ie: week nights and some SUN's).
