Interested in Birth Year 04 league Spring 2016?

We have been approached by a couple of clubs that are already forming birth year (age pure) 04 teams. We are trying to gauge interest in a Spring 04 league. Would your team be interested? Format: 11v11, 8 games
Location: Five Star
Playing Days: Saturdays around your Classic League and Premier League schedules
Registration Fee: TBD, but it would include referee fees
Other:
- Players would have to register with US Clubs Soccer ($25 per player)
- Team roster would be valid the majority of tournaments in North Texas
- 05's would be allowed, but not 03's
- Minimum teams required is 5

Can't name teams or other specifics, yet, but momentum is building as I have been sitting down with various DOC's and Presidents.

Like with our 05 AP, this will be a great opportunity for teams to get their players together as 04 AP teams, playing games in preparation for the Summer qualifying tournaments. They can still play LHGCL and Premier league as the school year team under NTSSA contracts, but play with us under US Club Soccer and work the teams out with players grouped by birth year.

We hope our U11-U14 league at Five Star has opened people's eyes to see we are not just for academy teams.

Is this league going to happen?

Anyone know if this league were to happen, would be able to participate on another team outside of your current club?  Would you be required to have the club you play for now sign a release?

This league is a great idea. and those are good questions.
