U.S. Club issues player cards and numbers for ECNL much like the Ntx does with the USYSA ID's. Don't remember a team ID# but I assume from the same place, since U.S. Club administers all of ECNL.

Interesting, Thank You. I was told you were a man that had lots of answers. I think it's all moot though. After reading this I've come to the conclusion that there is not much that is not allowed. It does raise a few questions though, questions about how some teams and clubs are being excluded. I believe this USSF policy is fairly clear in prohibiting that behavior.
