FBR 06AP 2/22/16

Updated FBR as of 2/22/16.   I did not save last week's FBR so ignore the increase/decrease column of last weeks compared to this week's rankings.   The next FBR that column will be accurate.  There are still several teams that will not show up in the 06AP FBR because they do not have 3 games in yet.  I will continue to adjust the tiers as we get more data each week.  A few more notes about FBR......

-Only 06AP teams with 3 or more games since Nov 13th are included
-All games in the U10 leagues and tournaments that "publish results" are included even if they are still 05/06 teams.  However only teams that are playing as 06AP teams are published in the posted FBR rankings.  (players born Jan 1, 2006 and younger only)
- Any team with a Aug 05 to Dec 05 player has been excluded from the published rankings
-If your team is missing and you are 06AP with three or more games in please verify with me that you are 06AP now and I will start including your team.  
-If you are a team that plays one day with 06AP and one day with traditional aged 05/06 players I have two accounts for your team and only the 06AP account will be published in FBR
-As always regulation scores are used for FBR....not OT and no PKs that determine a game result
-No U11 games are included in the data
-FBR is presented as W/L/T not W/T/L

I had a score reversed for Sting Guzman 06AP  vs FCD Abbott 06AP.     Sting Guzmans record is 2-1 not 1-2.  This puts Sting Guzman between Solar Blue and Solar White

I have now revised it and reposted to fix this error......my apologies to Sting Guzman!!
