Why No Updated FBR 07 ?

To the dismay of some, it is coming.  All games  have been entered and the database is building.  There are still a number of teams without 3 games so one more good weekend and that issue will be behind us.  

Items to note:
1: The database(teams and games) was deleted and started fresh on 1/1/16 due to the amount of player movements or team makeup changes
2:  Only games for 07 listed teams in U9 brackets will be included. 07 vs 07 in a U10 bracket wont count.  Any team listed as 08 playing U9 won't be included in rankings, the games are in the database though.
3:  Some teams are AP, some are Traditional Aged, some are playing both. (All will be included together, 07s aren't going to QT, so really doesn't matter at this point)
4:  Initial tiers were generally set based on league entered.  SRSA and Kicks-Perette tier 1.  Plat/Gold tier 2.  Silver Tier 3, Bronze Tier 4.  Changes have already been made for some teams, based on results. As data builds, the tiers will sort themselves out.  BW's 80/20 rule always in effect.
5: A couple teams played Indoor or a preseason tourney, then disappeared. (Sting East, Texans-Baird) Since not playing a league, they will not be included in rankings, as they may not exist.

Here is a listing of the 80 Teams, AP = Age Pure.  There are some teams, I think, in EDL not included, as they don't post scores or even a team list (in my 5 minutes of looking).  Feel free to post or PM corrections as not every AP team lists AP in GotSoccer.  Unless I know otherwise, if your team doesn't say 07AP below, I consider them traditional aged.

So fbr07 a couple of curiosity questions.....

(1)- why wouldn't 07 games against each other in u10 brackets not count? Is it because there is no way to validate 06s are not on the roster?

(2)- how are you handling the difference between 7v7 and 9v9 leagues? How are you tiering that difference if at all?

1: yes, exactly.
2: no easy way to differentiate, other years have had differing formats (8v8 and 7v7... or 8v8 and 9v9), so not at all.
