PSA Soccer looking for a Referee assignor!

PSA was founded as a non-profit organization in December 1970 when the local individual sports leagues incorporated to form one administrative youth sports organization.  PSA provides quality year-round recreational and competitive sports leagues to over 100,000 youth who live the North Texas area. PSA Soccer Assignor Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Utilizing our scheduling software application:
• Assigns referees to all games in a timely manner-with an expectation of 100% coverage
• Maintains and turns in payroll in a timely manner and works with the accounting department on all payroll issues
• Works with the Soccer Director to make sure assignor.com has the correct schedule and acknowledges all e-mails and phone calls from the Soccer Director
• Keeps track of acceptance and declines of games
In addition:
• Attends games at outdoor fields and indoor arenas on Saturday’s and Sunday afternoon to ensure coverage by referees
• Works with the Director of Referees and the Soccer mentors to make sure referees are up graded or downgraded to their proper levels.

Work Environment
• Game assigning occurs 45 weeks per year
• Requires own internet connection and computer
• Will be required visit soccer fields and facilities to assist with referee coverage coordination

Qualifications
• Self-Starter capable to work independently from home
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and able to process a high volume of electronic information
• Five years soccer experience playing or coaching
