Comments: Dan Ptak the president with JEVIN has stolen $35k from my soccer league. He now will not answer any phone calls and refused to pay us the money we are owed. DO NOT USE JEVIN.

The City of Garland and US Youth must remove David Arciniega immediately and investigate his involvement with and insistence on continuing to allow Jevin to handle the charity's money as he never produced any documentation in relation to the issues with Jevin in violation of state law, IRS regulations and the GSA / NTSSA bylaws. Now, besides the Garland money that went missing we have reports of other organizations that are out $39,000.00, $20,000.00 and $35,000.00 in just the past week alone.  

It is critical that a new group be brought in to run Garland Soccer that can keep the money safe and that will run it transparently.

It is high time that Garland Soccer and NTTSA start operating like the 501 c 3 charitable organizations they are and follow their own by-laws, state laws concerning fiduciary duty and IRS regulations about what docs are to be available to the public and the charity's members. I have served as an administrator for Realscam.com for many years. The main focus of that free discussion site is financial fraud. I have never be known to be shy about asking the tough questions and posting the facts.

I hope we will see positive changes in Garland while there is still something left to save.

Garland was missing $8,000.00 in 2013 and David Arciniega claimed other entities were missing payments from Jevin that brought the total losses to $50,000.00 in 2013, (which was falsely blamed on the payment processor it seems.) David Arciniega would not allow the board or police to see a shred of documentation. David Arciniega is totally amoral and Garland Soccer is totally mismanaged.
