Clubs / Coaches - Style of Play Questions
Clubs / Coaches - Style of Play Questions
From what you guys have seen around the area, what clubs or teams have a style of play with a foundation of passing and working as a team?
Within a club, is style of play generally consistent or does it vary by the coach?
Are there clubs or teams that have a system built to win games - such as quickly getting long balls to run onto and or countless long shots - that is not really reliant on having everyone work and pass together?
Our focus is overall development and good foundation skills in the game and we want to find a club or coach that builds from that philosophy.
So, what teams or clubs have a style you like or wish your kid could play in etc that feels like its based in bigger picture of how soccer is played as the kids get older?
Thanks!
