My coach claims this is an ECNL club event. Just curious if anyone has knowledge on this. Is this a pre ECNL event ? Could non ECNL clubs participate in Pre ECNL events ?

There are zero feet u12 teams at LH or JDL. If these two teams are kicks teams, should be exciting tournament. DTS should join the camp to make u11 , u12 more exciting. U13
is loaded.

I assume these are the Kicks teams, which kind of begs the question, "if they couldn't play JDL (or chose not to meet whatever requirements), how can they play in a so-called pre-ECNL event?" I'm sure someone who understands all the dynamics of why they aren't in JDL can explain the distinction.

Personally, as I've said all along, the Kicks, at least Selecao, deserve to be there and will make things interesting.

Why one team deserves to play in JDL and other doesn't ? There are worst teams in JDL than 05 JM team across 04, 05, 06 age groups in JDL league. The questions are : 1. "is Tulsa event an pre ECNL event or not"? 2. Are kicks ECNL club? 3. Do the JDL clubs really want to travel to Tulsa and play these teams that banter JDL teams and don't believe in ECNL .

If one of the goals of JDL was to put the top teams together (aside from consolidating talent and hosing the indies), then Selecao has clearly proven to be in that tier.  I don't disagree that JDL is not entirely representative of the top 10 teams in each age group.  As I understand Tulsa, there are two tournaments being played- the U90 Tulsa Open and the TSC Jr. ECNL event (but both are at the same complex).  Kicks are not an ECNL club, but it seemed they were going to be with the D'Feeters merger.  But since that apparently didn't happen, they are not ECNL, which is why I questioned how they could play in the Jr. ECNL event if that is what the D'Feeters teams are.  Not sure I understand your last question, but I do very much doubt that North Texas teams want to go to Tulsa just to play North Texas teams.

What is the purpose of feet playing two teams at Tulsa when they are not in JDL.
Is it competing and development ?
Is it to prove they are better than JDL program, teams , philosophy, etc.,

Really Coach, this is a dead issue.
Feet/Kicks are not going to Tulsa. Stop worrying about it.

The Tulsa open is not an ENCLevent and there is a pre ECNL event going on at the same time at same complex!! There is another tournament the same weekend and it is the Blitz fall invitational and that will have the # 1 and possibly the # 2 teams in the 06 age group! So come play!!
