JDL 06 Standings 09-24-2016

Here is the updated JDL standings for 06s after today's games.    Please note here is the criteria I will use If two (2) or more teams are tied in the number of points.    If you see a mistake it is possible I made one because I am human.  

a. Winner of head-to-head competition.
b. Team with most number of wins.
c. Fewest goals allowed in season games.
d. Most goals scored in season games.
e. Goal differential (goals scored all season minus goals allowed all season.
Team with highest differential wins higher position in standings.
Maximum of 3 goals for or against allowed per game).
f. Best record against common opponents.

If tie breakers are still needed after that I am going to offer the higher place up for auction. Seriously this is all in fun anyways.   I can't follow any tie breakers LH generally follows past F besides a coin toss so hopefully that won't happen.   Remember this is all unofficial and I am just a parent like all of you.

One year ago this time, Solar Black was built upon a legacy 07 team and we were ranking below 15th.

Right now majority of our girls are still later 06, however we are a top team and compete as the same level as DTS and Solar Red. Thanks to our coach and our girls' hard work.

What is so funny is a lot of the teams really are using JDL as development as I have seen in most instances where kids are playing different positions and coaches are trying different formations. It's refreshing that the kids can just learn to play soccer and not worry about the score. It's a free pass for the kids from both the parents and the rankings. The only issue is making sure the kids put out the effort in order to gain benefit from the 60 minutes they are out on the pitch.

Why the solar nation is getting so caught up in the standings when these games mean absolutely nothing to the rankings is hillarious... If you wanted rankings you should have gone to QT like everyone else instead of maxing out your rosters to player pass Red to Byars, or passing up Blue players to Black for JDL to prop up the perception your teams.

Solar Black ever beaten Sting Black, Solar Red or DTS?  Or Solar Blue for that matter?

Based on the deafening silence from PowerKick, I can only come to the following conclusions:

#1 - the answer to NoSpinZone's questions is very likely a NO (But maybe they beat Solar Blue at some point)

#2 - PowerKick probably had a very rough weekend at the roulette table and put all his/her chips on Black, only to see the dreaded RED color come up again.

It is so amazing to see all these RED jump out cheering after one game win against a team who:

1. Six months younger than you on average.
2. Could lost 10 goals about 10 months ago, and now can compete with you directly.

10 months ago, you guys were the top team competed head to head against Sting Black, now you are competing with Solar Black.  Congratulations on your Retrogression! Especially considering you have all the top talents and resource within Solar, What an achievement!

Why you guys are so panic and desperate? Because you are afraid that a younger promising team and a dedicated talent coach will eventually replace you in two years. However that cannot change the trend: Black up, Red down, Numbers never lie.

Let's see how you do against SB or DTS with no help from Blue. The Blue team is the "True Blue" out of Springate's pool imo. They play better possession. Could it be that Colvin knows he could blow out Black 10-0 but is actually using the 60 minutes to work fundamentals/field strategy? Just a thought.

You have a good thought, just the opposite. Our coach told us:  "don't worry about the score, let's focusing on development, we are going to be a much better team in 2 years".

Solar Black is 5th best team in 06 NTX soccer. To slow, not in shape, and MS doesn't develop. Go run another 5K...hows that for development?

Just curious about the legacy 07 team. Where did they come from? My daughter was 07 for years and never heard about this team.

Just curious about the legacy 07 team. Where did they come from? My daughter was 07 for years and never heard about this team.

MS had LP Owen and Gerrard, from which the LP RASE team was formed. About 5 of the 13 come from the LP days.
