Videotaping of Games

Hi all.  I was wondering if anyone had a suggestion on a good videotaping service.  My DD's team started having the games professionally recorded this fall and it has been hit or miss.  We have some had some really good quality videos with some excellent highlights bring created on Hudl.  Unfortunately, 2 of the last 3 games have been of terrible quality and we aren't sure if we will be able to resolve quality matters with the company.  What we are looking for is simple:  Good quality video zooming in when plays develop, set pieces and scoring plays.  Our company has used a completely wide zoom which makes it impossible to identify the player or see the play.  

Any feedback on companies you are happy with would be welcome.
